Our engagement model contains a onsite and offshore components. Onsite component is responsible for handling client interaction, project management, scope definition, user needs, reviews and delivery. The offshore development team at India does the design, implementation, testing and deployment.

Effort based pricing or Time & Material

• In the Effort based pricing model, the project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed.
• This engagement model is particularly useful in contexts where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream.
• This model gives customer greater flexibility in terms of developing the project specification on an ongoing basis and modifying the specifications based on the changing market needs.

Project based pricing or Fixed bid

Fixed cost and time projects are usually the fixed bid projects, where the customer is not concerned with how many resources we use to execute the project. The cost and the time assigned remain fixed.

Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model

This engagement model is extended towards companies that try to keep their build operations productive. We extend our services and take full responsibility of your build operation, revitalize the performance of the team and at the same time solve issues around attrition, economies of scale, etc.

Strategic Alliance / Joint Venture Model

Exioms offers a Strategic Alliance / Joint Venture model for partnership with strategic customers. It`s ideal for mid-to-large size companies who want to to set up their own development team offshore but face challenges in doing so due to legal, infrastructure and setup costs, selection of location, ROI concerns, etc.

Milestone-based Billing

This option works for Clients who are concerned about progress in remote projects, milestones-based payment schedules reinforce progress monitoring. It helps justify payment based on achievable milestone and visible progress reduces risks.
