- 02Built an AI agent inside the CRM for programme discovery, shortlist drafting, document checklists and email composition
- 03Added a document-AI pipeline for transcripts, statements of purpose and letters of recommendation, each with human approval
- 04Rolled the agent out incrementally behind feature flags with weekly optimisation cycles
