About Exioms
Exioms has been doing the same thing since 2010: building the software organisations actually run on, then staying on it. A helpdesk that routes every request in a Tata company. A CRM carrying thirty thousand Würth sales reps. The first foreign exchange app in Iraq. Predictive maintenance on a solar grid in Indonesia. None of it is glamorous. All of it has to work on a Tuesday morning.
Most of these programmes fail in year three
Not at launch. Launch usually goes fine, because everyone is paying attention. They fail later, quietly, when the senior people have rotated off the account, the documentation stopped matching the code, and the one engineer who understood the integration left. We staff for year three from the start. The people who build your system are the people who answer the phone about it in 2029.
